Since our founding in 2017, we’ve worked with multiple businesses and governments to deliver high-quality professional training, organizational transformation leadership & change management, and implementation consulting.

We maintain strict client confidentiality and do not advertise our relationships with current or previous clients. Some of our current and previous projects include:

• Consulting and implementation expertise for a multinational conglomerate on the California Energy Data and Reporting System (CEDARS) Cost Effectiveness Tool (CET). Our support allowed the client to select the most energy efficient options for residential and commercial energy customers.

• Organizational transformation and implementation consulting for a global not-for-profit. Over multiple years, we coached management on the design and implementation of a sustainable transformation initiative implemented in 2018.

• Training courses delivered to an electric & gas utility on leadership styles, communications, and emotional intelligence.

• Implementation consulting for a national energy company, delivering consumer savings and energy reduction for nearly 90% of commercial and residential customers.

• Strategy consulting for a multinational corporation interested in electric vehicle (EV) charging utilizing natural gas as an energy source.

• Strategic planning and assessments for a global professional association interested in amending their current training programs.

• Strategic planning and implementation services for a global nonprofit regarding the existing fundraising program, resulting in double digit increases in donors and dollars raised.

We became a Certified B Corporation in 2018, a certification that is to business what Fair Trade certification is to coffee or USDA Organic certification is to milk. We were certified by the non-profit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency and in doing so, we’ve evaluated how our practices impact our employees, our community, the environment, and our customers.
