Who We Are

Will Woldenberg is the founder & president of Entegrit, a management consulting & coaching B-Corp. As a project & change expert in the energy, nonprofit, & consumer products spaces, he delivers high-quality organizational transformation, change management leadership, implementation consulting, & professional coaching to mid-to-senior level leaders. Past clients include Exelon, NBME, Honeywell, PwC, Ingevity, the Project Management Institute, Bristol Myers Squibb, NCBE, PECO, & Comcast.

A life-long learner, Will holds an MBA & MS in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, a BA in History & English from Tulane University, and is completing a Doctorate of Business Administration at UMSL — with dissertation research on misfit in military personnel. He holds eight professional certifications including the CCMP, Prosci CCP, PMP, CSM, & SPHR.

A veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom & New Dawn, Will recently completed three years of active duty at USTRANSCOM, serving as Command Speechwriter to the Combatant Commander, Deputy Division Chief of Operational Mobility Requirements, and Operational Analytics & Assessments Branch Chief. He was named Operations Officer of the Year 2024 and is a Certified Army Coach.

Dedicated to public service, Will serves on the Defense Council for the Truman National Security Project, is a fellow with the New Leaders Council, and currently serves as President of the Zeta Psi Educational Foundation, overseeing $300,000+ in academic scholarships. His writing has appeared in USA Today, Military Review, and on multiple podcasts. He lives with his wife Corey and daughter Evie in Saint Louis, Missouri.
