Will Woldenberg is the founder and president of Entegrit, a management consulting veteran-owned small business (VOSB) and benefit corporation (B-Corp) in Philadelphia that is devoted to empowering people, organizations, and communities of integrity to create a more balanced and stable society.
With more than a decade of consulting experience with electric & gas distribution companies, nonprofit management, defense, health care policy, and sports management, Will leads initiatives for some of the largest organizations in the country around strategic planning, program & project implementation, organizational transformation, and corporate training.
A veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn, Will continues to serve the United States Army Reserve as a Public Affairs Officer. He is a Distinguished Honor Graduate from the Signal Captains Career Course, a graduate of the Defense Information School’s Public Affairs Qualification Course (DINFOS PAQC), and a graduate of the Signal Basic Officer Leaders Course (SBOLC). Will helps other veterans through his work with Warrior Writers & the Philadelphia Historical Society as a Group Discussion Lead for The Art of Reintegration.
Dedicated to public and community service, Will is a graduate of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia’s 2017 core class, a member of the Defense Council for the Truman National Security Project, and a fellow with the New Leaders Council – Philadelphia chapter. He is also a Bunker Labs fellow and Veteran In Residence at WeWork Philadelphia. Previously, Will graduated from the Arts and Business Council of Greater Philadelphia’s Business on Board program and the VIP Start Program sponsored by the Montgomery Country Chamber of Commerce. He has chaired or served on nearly a dozen different nonprofit boards, including starting two nonprofits while attending Tulane.
Will is a life-long learner. He earned his master’s in Business Administration and his master’s in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Tulane University. Will has also earned multiple professional certifications, including a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB), a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
He lives with his wife Corey, a physical therapist, in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia.

Jim is an expert in program & project management, process improvement, client engagement, and communications. He has led consulting engagements with multiple Fortune 100 companies, focusing in electric and gas utilities, telecom, defense, and the public sector. Jim’s commitment to his clients is reflected by his continuous record of success in a variety of sectors. He specializes in leading diverse teams to success in critical engagements.
Jim was commissioned as a Naval Officer (Surface Warfare) through Navy ROTC. He is a decorated veteran of two deployments to the Arabian Gulf supporting Operations Enduring Freedom & Iraqi Freedom. Jim continues to serve the Philadelphia veteran community, and he is committed to connecting veterans to professional services and helping them transition to successful civilian careers.
In addition to his devotion to client success and supporting veterans, Jim is also dedicated to his community and to public service. He serves on the Board of YMCA Camp Tockwogh, where he is the Fundraising Chair. And in 2018, Jim was elected to serve on Philadelphia’s 36th Ward Democratic Executive Committee, where he supports political and community-based organizations in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia.
Jim earned his BA in International Relations from Tulane University. He has also earned multiple professional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and an Associate Environmental Professional (AEP) from the National Registry of Environmental Professionals.
Jim lives with his wife Kat in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia.
