As project management & communications experts, we deliver high-quality employee training, organizational transformation & change management leadership, and implementation consulting, primarily to energy and government clients. So, if you’re trying to do good, we’ll help you do better.
I have had the pleasure of working with Will Woldenberg for more than two years on a $700 million dollar technology deployment project in Philadelphia. During the project, Will and I worked collaboratively to produce two-day site visits with external stakeholders. Will's professionalism in preparing for the site visits and ability to easily connect with the government compliance staff created a relaxed environment for our client.
Throughout my time working alongside Will, I've admired his ability to look at issues or challenges an organization will face from an atypical perspective. This critical thinking skill empowers our team to analyze situations and avoid taking courses of action that may seem beneficial on the surface, but are filled with unforeseen hazards. He's truly an asset.
Will is a force in any environment, a force of change, a force of quality, a force of effectiveness. Each project he took on (and they were ample) was given his undivided attention and the results were consistently above the mean. His determination is infectious and his dependability allows each project to move ahead to places previously not conceived
Will is an outstanding leader with the unique ability to motivate and inspire those that work with him. He has an exceptional emotional intelligence and is able to maximize value to organizations by providing detailed change management and communications plans. He can assess complex problems and provide courses of action that exceed client expectations. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Will again and highly recommend him.
I had the opportunity to hire Will for a 2+ year program. Will led the program management office responsible for the development, design & implementation of a strategic plan focused on revenue growth. He provided clear direction & oversight in every step of the process & was effective in delivering a quality product for the business. I would recommend Will for similar projects; he has a keen understanding of how to effectively execute strategic plans & achieve results.
A challenge that all consultants face is the difficulty of becoming a true “trusted adviser” for a client. However, Will excels in this area as his superior work, dedication and relationship building allows him to identify and team with any organizations key stakeholders which ensures that his work is accepted and implemented to create substantial impact.
We engaged Entegrit to assist us in transforming our very complex business processes which included IT enhancements. Will was easy to work with, a calming influence, and able to negotiate across large business units and divisions. He took the time to really learn our business at the outset, setting the stage for a positive direction. His involvement was always welcome and has allowed us a very successful path to achieve the outcomes we desired.
